The Panasonic SD-YD250 Automatic Bread Maker can create delicious loaves of bread with your preference of size and crust color. Choose a medium dark-crusted loaf or an extra-large light-crusted loaf. The bread maker has four baking modes: the Bake-Only mode is for fruitcakes gingerbread and teacakes; Rapid Bake reduces the time for baking; Raisin Bake lets you know when to add raisins or nuts to the dough; and Sandwich Bake produces bread with a soft crust. There's also a pizza mode feature to make a pizza crust or focaccia bread. The YeastPro yeast dispenser automatically releases yeast at the right time ensuring perfect bread.
